La Coupole 234

Creation

On behalf of Newtown Square, we took care of
project management and artistic direction
(choice of coverings, layouts and furnitures)
for the renovation of three floors of approximately 730m2 each.
This in order to turn them into flex-office spaces.

Relaxation and catering areas, meeting rooms, workshops, changing rooms, sanitary facilities and open-space were all spaces within which to express
a diversity of atmospheres and, by extension, types of use.

We have also designed a set of dedicated furniture:
desks with pencil holders accompanied by mobile storage boxes,
whiteboards, movable room dividers, dining tables
and meeting tables.
These dedicated creations have enabled us to bring
greater ergonomics, with more precision,
on key points of our client's core specifications.

Finally, as the name of the project suggests, these offices are located
above the emblematic La Coupole restaurant in the Montparnasse district.
It is therefore naturally that we oriented ourselves towards a universe
inspired by the Arts Deco period, the most prosperous period of this institution.
